China’s new cybersecurity law has the potential to touch on most enterprises conducting business in the People’s Republic of China. Focusing on the law’s cybersecurity requirements, the session will touch on the steps enterprises will need to take to achieve local compliance with the law, as well as the practical limitations it may place on the ability to transfer data outside of the PRC and in conducting breach response.
